PXProjex

The process

Built in our lab. Delivered to your campus.

Projex removes the two things that ruin final-year projects: unreliable vendors and last-minute failures. Here's exactly how an order flows through our system.

  1. 1

    Order placed

You choose a project, add customisation notes and submit the advance transaction ID.

  2. 2

    Payment verified

Finance matches the reference against the bank feed. Fraudulent or duplicate IDs are rejected instantly.

  3. 3

    In production

Components are issued, the unit is assembled, flashed and burn-in tested for 24 hours.

  4. 4

    Shipped & delivered

Courier tracked to your address with live status updates and a free remote setup session.

FAQ

Questions students actually ask

Why is payment 100% in advance?

Every unit is built to order with real components. Advance payment reserves your build slot, funds the bill of materials and eliminates fake orders — which keeps our prices low and our queue honest.

How do you verify my payment?

You submit the transaction / reference ID at checkout. Our finance desk matches it against the bank statement, then flips your order to “Payment verified”. You can watch this happen live in your dashboard.

What exactly is delivered?

A physical, assembled and bench-tested unit, plus the documentation bundle: report, block diagrams, flowcharts, source code and a viva question sheet.

Can I customise a listed project?

Yes. Add a customisation note when you add the project to your cart — our engineers confirm feasibility before production and contact you if the scope changes the price.

What if the hardware fails during my demo?

Every build carries a 30-day replacement warranty. Report the fault from your dashboard order page and we ship a replacement module immediately.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track order page with your order number and email, or open the order inside your dashboard for the full timeline and courier tracking code.
